Sint-Jan clinic Brussel presents new radiotherapeutic treatment with SDX breathing control system
The SDX breathing monitoring system accurately limits the radiation to the tumor zone by using the ‘voluntary Deep Inspiration Breath-Hold (DIBH) gating’ technique. The patient himself exercises control on the breathing curve.
The Sint-Jan clinic in Brussels is the first Belgian hospital to introduce this system. View the presentation below.
