Minitrace CSDF; the all-in-one solution for radiation measurements
The unique Minitrace CSDF (Bertin Instruments, former Saphymo) is an all-in-one meter for contamination, survey, dose rate, x-rays, food and wipe measurements.
The instrument is ideally suited to the environment dose rate equivalent (H*(10)).
The Minitrace CSDF offers a special mode for food measurements (two steps). It first measures the background and than the activity level found in the liquid and smashed food.

Characteristics

- suitable for low energy range measurement (26 keV – 1.25 MeV)
- Geiger-Mueller-pancake detector from 15.5 cm2
- 6 digit 7 segment LCD Display plus 5 digit alphanumeric display for alarm and status reports
- weight 175 g including batteries
- display units: µSv/h, cps, Bq, Bq/cm2 and Bq/L
- for the Bq and the Bq/cm2 modes, the user can select different nuclides with built-in nuclide specific calibration lecture, namely: Cs137, Am241, I131, Sr90, U238, C14, CI36 and Co160
- the Bq/cm2 mode is calibrated according to ISO 7503-1
